Lucy holds a BSc (Hons) in Biology and is a graduate of the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with her Masters of Chiropractic degree (MChiro) who has been practicing for over a decade.
Since graduating Lucy has continued to expand her knowledge and has qualified in western medical acupuncture (dry needling) and kinesiology taping.
Lucy treats a wide range of complaints and works with patients of all ages. During her time in practice, Lucy has developed a keen interest in the treatment of babies, children and pregnant women. Lucy has continued to study pregnancy and paediatric spinal and cranial correction.
Lucy is passionate about helping patients reach their optimum health and function. This means reducing pain and getting to the root of the problem, not just treating the symptoms, in order to help prevent further injuries. Lucy believes in maintenance treatment and by doing rehabilitation (home exercises) patients can help sustain their optimum health to keep fit and active.
A former captain of her local women’s tennis team, Lucy was awarded Team Member of the Year and was nominated as Sports Woman of the Year by the regional Sports Council. Lucy was Under 18 Welsh Tennis Doubles Champion. Lucy enjoys sport, being active and has 3 children who keep her busy.

Charlotte has gone on to provide manual treatment sessions for some high profile teams such as: All Blacks, England Rugby and Philadelphia Eagles (NFL).
She has worked in a private clinic for 5 years, working with people from all walks of life, professional athletes to the retired general population. She has a deep passion for helping people achieve things they thought they couldn’t, no matter how little or how big. Charlotte enjoys helping clients on their health journey for optimum fitness.

Kirsty is passionate about helping people of all ages, aiming to help people achieve their goals, maintain their optimum health and be the best version of themselves. She understands the importance of exercise on physical and mental wellbeing and promotes this, striving to help people combat pain and return to activity and more importantly return to doing the things they love most.
Kirsty treats a wide range of complaints and is qualified in western medical acupuncture (dry needling) and has completed additional courses in sports massage, pregnancy, and paediatric chiropractic care. After suffering with pelvic girdle pain during her pregnancy, Kirsty is keen to help mothers remain active during and after pregnancy making the demands of parenting (or preparing for parenting) a little easier.

Ellie is from rural Pembrokeshire and moved to Cardiff to study at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic and graduated with a Masters of Chiropractic degree (MChiro).
Having worked in Leisure Centres, providing health and wellbeing opportunities to the community for several years, she felt there was more she could offer, leading her to study chiropractic.
Ellie treats a wide range of complaints and is also qualified in western medical acupuncture (dry needling) and kinesiology taping. Ellie is passionate about helping people by assessing the underlying cause of a complaint. She is keen to assist people in achieving their goals by treating the body as a whole to help ease the pain they are in.
From personal experience, she also values the importance of exercise rehabilitation as part of the package of chiropractic care, enabling patients to reach and maintain optimum health and fitness levels.
